Modern slavery and fair trade practices  and products are of paramount importance to us and are reflected in our choice of components, packaging and products.

All of our gift boxes are made from recycled materials.  We check with potential suppliers of components with regard to their modern slavery and fair trade policies to ensure that they satisfy our own standards, and where we support craft groups in Africa and across the world, we do so having either personally visited their facilities, or had a trusted friend who lives in the country visit on our behalf.  Mid 2020, once we have settled down to our new business in our first 6 months, of what has been a learning curve as well as rather hectic -  we will be running a blog showing you some of the areas we have visited, introduce you to the craft groups, women's groups and charities we sponsor in East africa and pictures of our visits !
